Bobby Mattei

Bobby is an experienced and cutting-edge Advisor who provides innovative solutions to clients. He received his CFP designation years ago, and quickly realized that traditional financial planning was neither for him nor his clients.  “It simply did not work for them.” His clients now benefit from his unique, non-traditional system..  “It is principle-based, rather than product-based; and it is the 180 degree opposite of financial planning.  Our clients love it because they understand the principles.”

His company continues the traditions set forth by his father in Mobile, AL:  “Caring for People and Their Assets” Since 1945. 

Bobby is a graduate of LSU in Baton Rouge with a degree in Physics:  “Math doesn’t scare me any more.  It is a fantastic, proven tool to test things before taking action.”   He worked as a tutor for the LSU Athletic Department, where he recognized that you have to make the lessons ‘come alive’ for the student athlete.  “Otherwise, they would go on their merry way without a prayer of graduating, and a life after athletics.”  This is even more important in today’s economic climate.
